¼ cup lemon juice

1 ½ teaspoon lemon zest, finely grated

Creamy Honey Lemon Frosting:

1 cup cream whipped cream

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

¾ cup icing sugar

¼ cup honey

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 drops yellow food coloring
